Refund & Return Policy

At Night Undies, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are only able to offer limited returns and refunds under specific conditions outlined below.


1. No Returns on Intimate Apparel

For hygiene and health safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any underwear, lingerie, or intimate apparel — even if unworn or unopened.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) and the packaging

We will offer either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation


3. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processing with our supplier and cannot be stopped.


4. Shipping Delays

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Typical delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer


5. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, offer a refund or reshipment.


6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Lingerie and underwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards
