Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Night Undies. Below you’ll find details on how we process, ship, and deliver your order.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are submitted to our supplier once confirmed and then prepared for shipment.

Please note: During high-demand periods or holidays, processing time may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We ship directly from our international suppliers. Estimated delivery time is:

  • USA & Canada: 7–20 business days

  • Europe: 10–25 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, or postal service conditions.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after shipping.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us.


4. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders unless otherwise specified during checkout.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to wrong address entries

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately — if the order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to update it.


7. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please reach out to us. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
